HARBOUR CLUB

Included in your South Shore Harbour Country Club Membership, you may enjoy dining privileges at the exclusive Harbour Club located on the northeast corner of the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center. Simply present your Country Club membership card when dining at the Harbour Club. For your convenience, all charges incurred at the Harbour Club will be billed through the Country Club, unless you choose to use a major credit card.

 
You will enjoy a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere with a panoramic view of the beautiful South Shore Harbour Marina and Clear Lake. The decor is enhanced by rich dark woods and etched glass and you will dine on Wedgewood china, crystal and fine silver. The Harbour Club offers fine dining and devoted service at its best. LEGACY MEMBERSHIP

As a Member in good standing, you have the privilege of giving your children and grandchildren the valuable gift of a Legacy Membership. Legacy Membership grants your children and grandchildren preferred membership consideration in South Shore Harbour Country Club — truly a unique privilege and outstanding opportunity for your descendents to enjoy membership by taking advantage of the privileges of Legacy Membership.

    At your discretion, Legacy Memberships may be bestowed on any of your children or grandchildren at any time during your membership. Your designees are entitled to membership in the club by paying 25% of the current initiation fee and deferring payment of the balance until their 35th birthday, or for five years, whichever is longer. Your designee's under age 35 will be given until their 35th birthday to exercise their Legacy privilege.

 
The amount of the initiation fee is determined on the date the Legacy Membership is activated, thereby protecting your designees from future initiation fee escalations. Monthly dues will begin once the membership is activated and not before that time.

Legacy Memberships may be activated subject only to the availability of openings in accordance with the Club By-Laws.
